Thanksgiving break is right around the corner and for most, that means sitting around a table eating some good food and then feeling miserable afterward. What better to do than sit down and watch Netflix. Here are 10 shows I’ve watched (in no particular order) that you could binge watch over the break:

  1. Riverdale- based off of the Archie comics- if you need some high school drama and a town full of mystery in your life.
  2. Friends- If you need to cry and laugh with a group of friends in their 30’s in NYC.
  3. Parks and Recreation- If you need a political humor with Amy Pohler
  4. The Office-  A fake, HILLARIOUS documentary following office workers in their daily watch
  5. Bates Motel- a modern day “physco” prequel when a mother and son have an interesting relationship, slightly creepy but you want to keep watching
  6. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt- Sitcom with a girl who came out from an underground bunker and moves to NYC being clueless
  7. 13 Reasons Why- A touchy subject brought to a show after a suicide shakes a town and tapes are left for everyone responsible for the death- if you need a good cry
  8. The Secret Life of the American Teenager- teenage girl gets pregnant, has a couple friends and boys in her life- if you need a cheesy teenage show that repeats the same thing over and over
  9. Stranger Things- back in the day, sci-fi mystery – if you need an interesting, slightly scary sci-fi show. *Even if you don’t like sci-fi, you may still like it*
  10. The Fosters- a good, home, family feels show full of ups and downs, perfect for Thanksgiving
