Last Saturday the Iowa Hawkeyes faced off against the Northwestern Wildcats. With the loss of Matt VandeBerg, the Hawkeyes offense has one less target. VandeBerg has 284 receiving yards this season, but is likely to miss the rest of the year with a foot injury. He will likely be able to be marked down as a medical redshirt and come back to Iowa City next year for his senior year of football. In the end the Hawks lost to the Wildcats, final score being 38-31. This upcoming Saturday is against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.
