If you have ever felt like the multi-billion dollar company, Starbucks has cheated you out of your Iced Coffee by making it mostly Ice and a little coffee you are not alone.
A woman from Illinois has placed a lawsuit for 5 million dollars for putting too much ice in there cold drinks.
According to class action lawsuit filed with the Northern District Court of Illinois on Wednesday the lead plaintiff Stacey Pincus accused Starbucks of adding extra ice to cover up there underfilled drinks.
The suit alleges that Starbucks advertises drink sizes by fluid ounces, but in cold drinks it is much different leaving the customer with as much as half of the drink at times.
A spokesman for Starbucks said, “Our customers understand and expect that ice is an essential component of any ‘iced’ beverage,”
Starbucks will gladly remake your drink if you feel that it has too much ice.
