Golf is a game of bounces and rolls, sometimes it goes your way and sometimes it doesn’t. Jordan Spieth was dominating The Masters for three and a half rounds until everything went wrong.
Jordan Spieth was seven under going down the stretch to win the Masters for the second straight year. A boogie on hole 9 and hole 10 brought down his score to five under and then he quadruple boogie to put him at one under.
This collapse lead to Danny Willett winning the Masters at five under. Danny Willett was even through three rounds and was almost completely out of contention. He pulled off a five under round and that gave him a chance to win.
Although Jordan Spieth did not win he is very young and has a lot of golf left in him. Without completely dominate players like Tiger Woods golf is now a much more competitive sport and is becoming more popular.
